Are my payments protected if you’re not ATOL protected?
Yes. Even though charter-only flights are not ATOL protected, your money is securely held and only released once your seat is confirmed with our aviation partner.
Can I update passenger information after booking?
Yes — passenger name changes or details can be updated before ticketing with no issue. After ticketing, airline fees may apply for name changes or corrections — so we recommend double-checking details during checkout.
Are deposits refundable if I change my mind?
Deposits are refundable only if we cannot confirm your seat. Once your booking is successfully confirmed and you have been allocated a seat, deposits become non-refundable. If the second payment is not completed by the deadline, your seat may be released and your deposit forfeited. We give multiple reminders before any deadlines so you always feel informed and supported.
